Hancock Park is an upscale pocket neighborhood in central Los Angeles, south of Hollywood and north of Mid-City. Hancock Park boasts a cozy business district called Larchmont Village that features boutiques and artsy stores, yoga studios, and trendy restaurants. The homes in Hancock Park are known for being primarily large traditional residences set back from tree lined streets on large manicured lots. There are also smaller well maintained residences available in the border streets of Hancock Park, as well as in adjacent areas.
